"Alana worked very hard in my behalf. Initially, my application was denied. Then I shared with her the sad reality that I in January 2024 I was told that I needed a Heart Transplant. I was given three weeks to move to Chicago for a bloodless operation. Sadly, I had to put a lot of things on the back burner, including timely payments of my bills. Alana submitted my application again to the underwriters citing my change of change of life event. Only with Jehovah’s help, I was approved. At a lesser amount than originally quoted. We need more Alana’s in this world! It would be a much better place. Thank you thank you again Alana. This five star rating is not an indicator of your support. Millions of moons and stars are deserved."
